The Go! Team Go Team Go Team GO!

I shot my first gig for The Girls Are... this year on Tuesday. You know, one of those where you have to be granted a holy photopass to be allowed to bring your camera into the venue and, if there is one, even be allowed into "The Pit"!
But when I walk to the front of the stage at Heaven, my heart sunk! The stage is almost as high as I am tall! What a joke! OK, for those who don't know me, I'm not really that tall, but I'm no midget either!

And then there are the great lights at bigger venues! Yeah, right! A couple of bright spotlights shining from the back of the stage, blinding everyone. Nothing from the front! At all!
Add to that that the pit is pretty small and there were 9 or so photographers in there, it made it impossible to move around.
I shot my three songs (no flash), walked out and went home. Shame really, because The Go! Team were a lot of fun!
